Louise's journey as an opera singer began in the heart of Utah's operatic scene. From her debut in The Merry Widow at Utah Vocal Arts Academy's Opera Festival to commanding leading roles like Falke in Die Fledermaus. Noteworthy performances include Germont in La Traviata and Sharpless in Madama Butterfly further solidifying Louise's reputation as a versatile and compelling performer.
Having recently completed a Master’s degree from UCLA’s esteemed Vocal Performance program, Louise honed her craft under the guidance of renowned director Peter Kazaras. Roles such as il Comte in Le Nozze di Figaro, Belcore in L’elisir d’amore, and Mother Goose in The Rake’s Progress showcased Louise's versatility and depth as a performer.
Under the baton of Lidiya Yankovskya, Louise made a remarkable professional debut with Chicago Opera Theater in The Nose by Shostakovich, embodying several ensemble roles with aplomb. Notably, Louise covered the esteemed Nathan Gunn in COT's production of Soldier Songs by David T. Little, demonstrating both talent and versatility.
In 2023, Louise's artistry continued to flourish with a captivating performance as 'Un altro cristiano' in Teatro Nuovo's production of Donizetti's Poliuto, all while covering the lead baritone role of Severo.
